E\u011fer Torba Kanun tasar\u0131s\u0131ndaki bu madde yasala\u015f\u0131rsa, \u00f6denmemi\u015f GSS primleri, gecikme cezas\u0131 ve gecikme zamm\u0131 gibi t\u00fcm bor\u00e7lardan feragat edilmi\u015f olacak.<br \/>\nAFTAN K\u0130MLER YARARLANACAK? Genel Sa\u011fl\u0131k Sigortas\u0131 (GSS) aff\u0131ndan kimlerin yararlanabilece\u011fi netle\u015ftirildi. 1 Ocak 2014 tarihinden \u00f6nce GSS prim borcu bulunanlar, bu d\u00fczenlemeden faydalanma hakk\u0131na sahiptir. Bu ba\u011flamda, \u00f6denmemi\u015f genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 primleri, gecikme cezas\u0131 ve gecikme zamm\u0131ndan tamamen vazge\u00e7ilecektir. Ayl\u0131k GSS prim miktar\u0131, asgari \u00fccret baz al\u0131narak belirlendi\u011fi i\u00e7in, bu y\u0131l sonuna kadar \u00f6denecek ayl\u0131k prim tutar\u0131 600 lira olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Y\u0131ll\u0131k prim tutar\u0131 ise 7 bin 200 lira olacak.<br \/>\nNE ZAMAN Y\u00dcR\u00dcRL\u00dc\u011eE G\u0130RECEK? GSS aff\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesi i\u00e7in teklifin TBMM Genel Kurulu\u2019nda onaylanmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Onaylanmas\u0131 halinde, Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanarak resmi olarak yasala\u015facak.Bu d\u00fczenleme sonras\u0131nda, mevcut bor\u00e7lu durumda olan milyonlarca vatanda\u015f\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki aydan itibaren GSS prim bor\u00e7lar\u0131ndan kurtulmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. GSS BORCU \u00d6DENMEZSE NE OLUR? Genel Sa\u011fl\u0131k Sigortas\u0131 (GSS) borcu \u00f6denmezse, Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan haciz veya icra yoluyla tahsil edilebilir.
