Kirac\u0131n\u0131n ev sahibi hakk\u0131nda a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 dava nedeni ile ev sahibinin 2 y\u0131la kadar hapsi istendi.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u011f\u0131thane&#8217;de ya\u015fayan emekli bir kad\u0131n kira art\u0131\u015f\u0131 konusunda anla\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ev sahibinin kendisini rahats\u0131z etti\u011fini belirterek \u015fikayet\u00e7i olarak dava a\u00e7t\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u011f\u0131thane&#8217;de kiral\u0131k bir evde tek ba\u015f\u0131na ya\u015fayan 67 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki bir kad\u0131n ev sahibinden kiray\u0131 art\u0131rmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00fcst \u00fcste telefonlar almaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Kiraya zam yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen ev sahibi Berrin \u00dc.&#8217;den kiray\u0131 zaml\u0131 rakam \u00fczerinden yat\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 talep etti.<\/p>\n<p>E\u015finin vefat etti\u011fini ve tek ba\u015f\u0131na ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Berrin \u00dc. ise ev sahibine bu y\u00fcksek kiray\u0131 \u00f6deyemeyece\u011fin s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak ev sahibini ikna edemedi. Konut sahibi bin 800 lira olan kiray\u0131 6 bin TL&#8217;ye y\u00fckseltti\u011fini ve kiran\u0131n bu \u015fekilde \u00f6denmesi i\u00e7in \u0131srar etti. Kirac\u0131 kad\u0131n her ne kadar \u00f6deyemeyece\u011fini s\u00f6ylese de ev sahibi S\u00fcleyman \u00c7.&#8217;nin telefonlar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131 arkas\u0131 kesilmedi. Berrin \u00dc.n\u00fcn kimsesi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek evi terk etmeyece\u011fini s\u00f6ylemesi \u00fczerine ev sahibi S\u00fcleyman \u00c7. kirac\u0131 kad\u0131na evine zorla girerek e\u015fyalar\u0131n\u0131 d\u0131\u015far\u0131 ataca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek tehditlerde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Kirac\u0131 Berrin \u00dc., ev sahibinin bu yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tehditlerin ard\u0131ndan \u0130stanbul Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na giderek su\u00e7 duyurusunda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>EV SAH\u0130B\u0130N\u0130N 2 SENE HAPS\u0130 \u0130STEND\u0130<br \/>\nSavc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa gelerek ifade veren kirac\u0131 Berrin \u00dc., ev sahibinin kendisini s\u00fcrekli arayarak huzurunu bozdu\u011funu, son olarak da evine zorla girmek konusunda tehditlerde bulundu\u011funu ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eik\u00e2yeti de\u011ferlendirmeye alan savc\u0131l\u0131k ev sahibi hakk\u0131nda soru\u015fturma ba\u015flatt\u0131. Ev sahibi hakk\u0131nda &#8216;Kad\u0131na Kar\u015f\u0131 Tehdit&#8217; su\u00e7undan 2 y\u0131la kadar hapis istemiyle iddianame haz\u0131rland\u0131.
