S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMES\u0130 10 YILI GE\u00c7ENLER Ev sahibi 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcrenin sonunda belirli s\u00fcreli kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin bitiminden en az 3 ay \u00f6nce bildirimde bulunmak ko\u015fuluyla kontrata son verebiliyor. S\u00f6zle\u015fme belirsiz s\u00fcreliySe kiran\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131ndan 10 y\u0131l ge\u00e7tikten sonra fesih bildirimiyle kontrat\u0131 sona erdirebiliyor.
