Ceza \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 ise 20 milyon liraya y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<p>CEZA ORANI NE KADAR OLACAK?<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda kira \u00f6demelerini banka ve PTT arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yapmayan, elden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirenlere her bir tespit i\u00e7in kira tutar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 10&#8217;u oran\u0131nda \u00f6zel usuls\u00fczl\u00fck cezas\u0131 kesilecek.<\/p>\n<p>20 B\u0130N TL K\u0130RAYI ELDEN \u00d6DEYEN B\u0130R\u0130 NE KADAR CEZA \u00d6DER?<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin 20 bin TL\u2019lik bir kira bedeli elden \u00f6denmi\u015f olsun bunun y\u00fczde 10 tutar\u0131 2 bin TL eder. Ancak ceza alt s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 5 bin TL oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in hem kirac\u0131 hem de mal sahibine 5 bin TL ceza kesilecek.<br \/>\nPARA TRANSFER\u0130NDE A\u00c7IKLAMA YAZMAYANA CEZA VAR MI?<\/p>\n<p>Kirac\u0131lar kira bedelini \u00f6derken a\u00e7\u0131klamaya \u2018kira bedeli\u2019 diye yaz\u0131yorlar. Yazmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131n tebli\u011fde ge\u00e7en bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunmuyor. Asl\u0131nda d\u00fczenli yap\u0131lan \u00f6demeler bu kapsamda de\u011ferlendirilir. Mal sahipleri bunu kontratta yazmam\u0131\u015f olsalar bile mutlaka kirac\u0131lar, mal sahiplerinden banka hesap bilgilerini isteyip bedeli mutlaka banka yolu ile g\u00f6ndermelidir. \u0130lk kiralamalarda yap\u0131lan pe\u015fin kira \u00f6demesi dahil t\u00fcm \u00f6demeler banka \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>5 G\u00dcN DETAYINA D\u0130KKAT: K\u0130RACI B\u0130LD\u0130R\u0130RSE CEZA ALMAYACAK<\/p>\n<p>Kirac\u0131, \u00f6demenin elden yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6demeyi takip eden 5 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde idareye bildirmesi halinde, kirac\u0131ya \u00f6zel usuls\u00fczl\u00fck cezas\u0131 kesilmeyecek.<br \/>\nKira \u00f6demelerinin mutlaka belgelendirilmesi gerekiyor. Daha \u00f6nce bu k\u0131s\u0131mda mal sahiplerinin sadece bildirim y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc k\u0131sm\u0131nda sorumlulu\u011fu vard\u0131.
