Dr. \u00dcn\u011fan, sanayile\u015fmeyle beraber artan fiziksel aktivite k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, artan ya\u015fam stresi, sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z beslenme, alkol, t\u00fct\u00fcn t\u00fcketiminde art\u0131\u015f, ya\u015fam s\u00fcresinin artmas\u0131yla beraber maruz kal\u0131nan kronik hastal\u0131klar, \u015feker, tansiyon ve y\u00fcksek kolesterol\u00fcn sebep oldu\u011fu sonu\u00e7lar neticesinde kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve inmeye olaylar\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de her y\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131k 300 bin yeni kalp damar hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n te\u015fhis edildi\u011fini ve yakla\u015f\u0131k da 125 bin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini anlatan Dr. \u00dcn\u011fan, \u201cKalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131 t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada t\u00fcm \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin y\u00fczde 33-35\u2019ini kapsamaktad\u0131r. Kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve inme konusunda, y\u00fcksek tansiyon, \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, kolesterol de\u011ferlerinin kanda y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131, yetersiz fiziksel aktivite, stresin artmas\u0131, sigara, alkol t\u00fcketiminin olmas\u0131 bunlar\u0131n hepsi risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fc olarak an\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Beklenen ya\u015fam s\u00fcresinin artmas\u0131yla beraber \u00f6zellikle kronik hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 maruz kal\u0131nan s\u00fcrenin artmas\u0131 ve bu olumsuz davran\u0131\u015f \u015fekillerinin beraberinde bu hastal\u0131klar\u0131n g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e y\u0131k\u0131m oran\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmakta, hastalar bundan dolay\u0131 ciddi sorunlar ya\u015famaktad\u0131r\u201d dedi. \u201cBiz hekimler sahada vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za da f\u0131rsat buldu\u011fumuz s\u00fcrece tekrar tekrar hat\u0131rlatarak bu hastal\u0131klar\u0131n olabildi\u011fince y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc hafifletebilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u00d6zellikle tansiyonla m\u00fccadelemizde, tansiyon takiplerimizi yapt\u0131ral\u0131m. Hasta olmasak bile en az y\u0131lda bir defa tansiyonumuzu \u00f6l\u00e7elim. Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z varsa ila\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fczenli kullanal\u0131m. Tansiyon konusunda, sigara alkol t\u00fcketimi, yetersiz fiziksel aktivite konusunda dikkat edelim. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada artan dengesiz beslenme, ciddi bir sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunudur. Bu \u00f6zellikle \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmak \u00fczere y\u00fcksek kolesterol, tansiyon y\u00fcksekli\u011fi beraberinde bir s\u00fcr\u00fc komorbid durumu getirir. Bu konuda ki\u015filerin dengeli, yeterli ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmesine \u00f6zendirmemiz gerekiyor. Akdeniz tarz\u0131 diyetle beslenme, sebze, meyve \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, kuruyemi\u015fler, bal\u0131k \u00fcr\u00fcnleriyle beslenmemiz gerekiyor. Onun haricinde i\u015flenmemi\u015f tah\u0131llar, az ya\u011f oran\u0131na sahip s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini \u00f6nermemiz gerekiyor. Bunun haricinde doymu\u015f ya\u011flardan olu\u015fan margarin gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnler kullanmamam\u0131z, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini azaltmam\u0131z, \u015fekerli meyve suyu i\u00e7ecekleri, end\u00fcstride haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f i\u00e7ecekleri, enerji i\u00e7eceklerini t\u00fcketmememiz gerekiyor. Hastalara mutlaka alkol sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rakmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde cesaretlendirmemiz gerekiyor. Artan ya\u015fam stresiyle beraber, yo\u011fun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma temposu sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam konusunda birazc\u0131k k\u0131s\u0131tlamaya neden oluyor. Yine de biz f\u0131rsat bulduk\u00e7a haftan\u0131n 5 g\u00fcn\u00fc hafif orta d\u00fczeydeki zorlukta bir egzersizle, yani \u015f\u00f6yle, orta tempolu bir y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fle, bu m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse rampa yukar\u0131 olmayacak \u015fekilde, d\u00fcz zeminde y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yaparak mutlaka fiziksel aktivitemizi yerine getirmemiz gerekiyor.\u201d<br \/>\nDr. \u00dcn\u011fan, davran\u0131\u015f \u015fekillerini de\u011fi\u015ftirilerek kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131na yakalanma oran\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirterek, \u201cAlkol, sigara t\u00fcketimi, d\u00fczensiz, dengesiz beslenme, fiziksel aktivitenin olmamas\u0131, psikososyal stresin alt\u0131nda olma. Bunlar\u0131 e\u011fer yeterli bilgi ve deneyimle azalt\u0131rsak ya da olabildi\u011fince yok seviyesine getirirsek biz bu kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve inme dedi\u011fimiz kronik hastal\u0131klarda yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 80 oran\u0131nda bir azalmaya gidebiliriz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc maalesef art\u0131k d\u00fcnya genelinde, \u00fclkemizde de gittik\u00e7e artan s\u0131kl\u0131kta bizim metabolik sendrom dedi\u011fimiz, kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131n birle\u015fimi olan bir durum. Kendini artan kiloyla g\u00f6steren bu kompleks bir hastal\u0131k tan\u0131m\u0131 maalesef bizi kalp damar hastal\u0131lar\u0131yla beraber bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011fa yatk\u0131n hale getiriyor. Hastalar\u0131ma \u015funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorum, 3 \u00f6neriyle, sigara i\u00e7meyin, az yiyin, bol y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fcn. Bunu yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcrece kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z daha iyi olacak\u201d ifadesini kulland\u0131.
