Kirac\u0131, kira bedelini zaman\u0131nda \u00f6demedi\u011fi i\u00e7in ev sahibi iki kez icra takibi ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul Anadolu \u0130cra Dairesi\u2019nde \u00f6denmeyen kira bedelleri nedeniyle bir icra takibi ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131 ve kirac\u0131 tebligat al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde borcunu \u00f6deyerek dosyay\u0131 kapatt\u0131. Bu taahh\u00fctnameye g\u00f6re kirac\u0131, 1 Eyl\u00fcl 2023\u2019te evi tahliye edece\u011fini taahh\u00fct etmi\u015ftir. Ancak kirac\u0131, 22 Eyl\u00fcl 2023\u2019te tahliye etmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in ev sahibi icra takibi ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kirac\u0131, tahliye taahh\u00fctnamesinin ge\u00e7ersiz oldu\u011funu iddia ederek itiraz etmi\u015ftir. \u0130cra takibi, tahliye tarihinden itibaren bir ay i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve ev sahibi kirac\u0131n\u0131n tahliyesini istemi\u015ftir.
