Azerbaycan’da devlet okullar\u0131ndaki k\u0131yafet d\u00fczenlemesinde de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe gidildi. Okul \u00fcniformas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc bozan ve genel e\u011fitimin laiklik ilkesine uymayan unsurlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131na izin verilmezken, d\u00fczenleme yerel medyada “ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc yasa\u011f\u0131” olarak yorumland\u0131.
\nAzerbaycan’da devlet genel e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131ndaki \u00f6\u011frenci k\u0131yafetlerine ili\u015fkin standartlar, Ba\u015fbakan Ali Asadov’un imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 309 say\u0131l\u0131 kararla yeniden belirlendi.<\/p>\n

Y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren yeni mevzuata g\u00f6re, belirlenmi\u015f okul formas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc zedeleyen ve genel e\u011fitimdeki laiklik ilkesiyle ba\u011fda\u015fmayan ek k\u0131yafet \u00f6\u011felerine m\u00fcsaade edilmeyecek. Azerbaycan\u2019da devlet okullar\u0131ndaki \u00f6\u011frenci k\u0131yafeti d\u00fczenlemesi de\u011fi\u015ftirildi. Kararda ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc veya hicab ifadeleri yer almazken, okul formas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc bozan ve laiklik ilkesine ayk\u0131r\u0131 k\u0131yafetlere izin verilmeyece\u011fi belirtildi.
\nRESM\u0130 KARARDA “BA\u015e\u00d6RT\u00dcS\u00dc” \u0130FADES\u0130 YOK
\nBakanlar Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan resmi karar\u0131n metninde “hicab” ya da “ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc” kelimesi bulunmuyor. Kararda, \u00f6\u011frencilerin belirlenen okul k\u0131yafetinin b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc bozan ve “genel e\u011fitimin laiklik ilkesine uygun olmayan di\u011fer k\u0131yafet unsurlar\u0131n\u0131” kullanmas\u0131na izin verilmeyece\u011fi belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n
