Toplam 16 kamu &uuml;niversitesi &uuml;lkenin &ouml;nc&uuml; &uuml;niversiteleri olarak belirlenmi\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. Gerek Y&Ouml;K ve gerekse kamuoyuna yans\u0131yan bilgilerden bu &uuml;niversitelere &ouml;zel ama&ccedil;l\u0131 destek sunuldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;deki Potansiyel &Uuml;niversiteleri Desteklemek &Ouml;nemli<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m kadar\u0131 ile T&uuml;rkiye 2023 program\u0131 &ccedil;er&ccedil;evesinde d&uuml;nya akademik ba\u015far\u0131 s\u0131ralamalar\u0131nda en az iki &uuml;niversitemizin d&uuml;nyadaki ilk 100&rsquo;e ve en az be\u015f &uuml;niversitemizin de ilk 500&rsquo;e girmesini sa\u011flamak i&ccedil;in ek destek sunmak istemektedir. Bu ba\u011flamda hedefe ula\u015fma potansiyeli y&uuml;ksek &uuml;niversitelerimiz belirlemek ve destekleyerek T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;nin ekonomik, n&uuml;fus ve co\u011frafi b&uuml;y&uuml;kl&uuml;\u011f&uuml;ne uygun hak etti\u011fi yere ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 hedeflemektedir. Teorik olarak &uuml;niversitelerin &ouml;zerk ve kendi bilimsel insan g&uuml;c&uuml; potansiyeline farkl\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 ekseninde de\u011ferlendirilirse bu t&uuml;r desteklerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 normal. Tabii g&ouml;n&uuml;l ister ki her &uuml;niversite maddi ve manevi olarak desteklensin ve hak eden &uuml;reten ve potansiyeli olan &uuml;niversite bilim d&uuml;nyas\u0131 ve &ouml;\u011frenciler taraf\u0131ndan takdir edilsin ve tercih edilsin.&nbsp;\u0130lk on-on be\u015f yerine t&uuml;m &uuml;niversitelerin sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n ve ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirilmesi ve &uuml;lkenin uzun erimli sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bilim politikalar\u0131 ve ba\u015far\u0131ya eri\u015fmesi &ccedil;ok daha &ouml;nemli bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Y&Ouml;K&rsquo;&uuml;n bu a\u015famadaki &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na prensip olarak yerinde bir yakla\u015f\u0131m. Bu eksende &Ccedil;ukurova &Uuml;niversitesinin bu de\u011ferlendirmede son iki y\u0131ll\u0131k performans\u0131 ve ileriye y&ouml;nelik ilk 10 i&ccedil;ine girme konusundaki potansiyelimizi belirleyebilir ve s\u0131&ccedil;rama yapabilir miyiz?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Y&Ouml;K ilk 5&rsquo;te yer alan Ara\u015ft\u0131rma &Uuml;niversitemizin teknolojik ara\u015ft\u0131rma sekt&ouml;r&uuml; &ouml;denekleri, ek kadro, yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 doktora burs ve T&Uuml;B\u0130TAK &ldquo;M&uuml;kemmeliyet Merkezi Destek Program\u0131&rdquo; deste\u011fi sunaca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi\u011fi i&ccedil;in do\u011fal olarak 130 kadar kamu &uuml;niversitesi yar\u0131\u015fa kat\u0131lmak istemektedir.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Yeniden g&ouml;nl&uuml;m&uuml;z &uuml;niversitemizin ilk 10 s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda yer almas\u0131d\u0131r. Hemen b&uuml;t&uuml;n &uuml;niversiteler performanslar\u0131 2017&rsquo;e g&ouml;re 2018&rsquo;de 2-10 puan art\u0131\u015f g&ouml;sterdikleri g&ouml;r&uuml;l&uuml;yor.&nbsp;&nbsp;Ankara &Uuml;niversitesi ge&ccedil;en y\u0131la g&ouml;re 10 puan art\u0131rm\u0131\u015f. De\u011fi\u015fik derecelendirme kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131ralamalar\u0131 &uuml;niversitemizin potansiyel bir yap\u0131da oldu\u011fu ancak mevcut durumla yetinilmemesi gerekti\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Potansiyel &uuml;niversite oldu\u011fu ger&ccedil;e\u011fi ile acaba bu potansiyeli nas\u0131l harekete ge&ccedil;irebiliriz d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;nmek ve elbirli\u011fi ile beyin f\u0131rt\u0131nas\u0131 yolu ile mutlak sonuca ula\u015facak &ouml;neriler geli\u015ftirmeliyiz. &Uuml;niversitemizin ilk 10 s\u0131ralamas\u0131na girmesi ve hak etti\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131rma, proje ve insan kayna\u011f\u0131 deste\u011fini almas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan herkesin s&uuml;rece omuz vermesi yararl\u0131 olur. &Ouml;neri olarak &Ccedil;ukurova &Uuml;niversitesinin sahip oldu\u011fu potansiyeli b&uuml;t&uuml;nl&uuml;kl&uuml; olarak 33 de\u011ferlendirme ekseninde masaya yat\u0131r\u0131p hangi alanlarda k\u0131sa ve uzun s&uuml;relerde neler yap\u0131labilir. Ve ilk etapta aday &uuml;niversite yerimizi garantilemek ve uzun s&uuml;rede de ilk 10 girmeyi nas\u0131l sa\u011flar\u0131z de\u011ferlenebilmek gerekir. &Uuml;niversitemizin hangi kategorilerde hangi puan\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 biliniyor olsa gerek.
