Normal ko\u015fullarda g&uuml;nde ortalama 2-2.5 litre yani 10-12 bardak su ile t&uuml;ketilen s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n yeri doldurulur. Normal ko\u015fullar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131, yani ki\u015finin fazla kilosu olmas\u0131, g&uuml;nl&uuml;k aktiviteleri gibi durumlar su t&uuml;ketimini artt\u0131rabilir.
