Ayr\u0131ca beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131, ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 ve di\u011fer &ccedil;evresel fakt&ouml;rlerin de bu art\u0131\u015fta etkili oldu\u011fu belirtilirken, ba\u015fka olas\u0131l\u0131klar da halen ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Kolon kanserinin en &ouml;nemli &ouml;zelli\u011fi ise sinsi bir hastal\u0131k olmas\u0131. Her iki y&ouml;ntemin yap\u0131lmas\u0131ndaki ama&ccedil; kanser geli\u015fmeden, riskli poliplerin saptanarak &ccedil;\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 veya geli\u015fmekte olan kanseri erken saptayabilmek. &Uuml;stelik hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n &ouml;nlenmesinde &ccedil;ok &ouml;nemli bir y&ouml;ntem olan kolonoskopi san\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi zor ve a\u011fr\u0131l\u0131 bir i\u015flem de\u011fil. Ancak i\u015flemden beklenen ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 elde etmek i&ccedil;in &ouml;n haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n iyi yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bu konuda uzman ki\u015filerce uygulanmas\u0131 &ouml;nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.&rdquo;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:22px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>Daha az k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et, daha &ccedil;ok bal\u0131k t&uuml;ketin<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:22px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z beslenme kolon kanserine yol a&ccedil;an en &ouml;nemli fakt&ouml;rlerden biri. Benzer \u015fekilde vejeteryan veya vegan beslenenlerde risk di\u011ferlerine oranla d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k bulunmu\u015f. Son y\u0131llarda yap\u0131lan &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalarda<u>&nbsp;<\/u>Akdeniz diyeti ile beslenenlerde kolon kanseri ve kolon polipleri geli\u015fme riskinin y&uuml;zde 30-43 oranlar\u0131nda azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g&ouml;r&uuml;lm&uuml;\u015f.
