B&uuml;t&uuml;n organlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i&ccedil;in b&ouml;breklerimizin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Oysa yanl\u0131\u015f ya\u015fam al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131zla b&ouml;breklerimizi h\u0131zla y\u0131prat\u0131yoruz. &Uuml;lkemizde b&ouml;brek hastalar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 9 milyona ula\u015ft\u0131 ve her 6-7 yeti\u015fkinden biri b&ouml;brek hastas\u0131 olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za &ccedil;\u0131k\u0131yor.&rdquo; diyor. D&uuml;nya B&ouml;brek G&uuml;n&uuml; Y&uuml;r&uuml;tme Kurulu&rsquo;nun 2021&rsquo;i &lsquo;B&ouml;brek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u0130yi Ya\u015fam&rdquo; y\u0131l\u0131 ilan etti\u011fini belirten Prof. Dr. &Uuml;lkem &Ccedil;ak\u0131r,&nbsp;<strong>11 Mart D&uuml;nya B&ouml;brek G&uuml;n&uuml;<\/strong>&nbsp;kapsam\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a&ccedil;\u0131klamada, b&ouml;brek hastalar\u0131 i&ccedil;in &lsquo;iyi ya\u015fam\u0131n&rsquo; 4 kural\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131, &ouml;nemli uyar\u0131lar ve &ouml;nerilerde bulundu.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>D&uuml;zenli egzersiz yap\u0131n!<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">&Ouml;zellikle son bir y\u0131ld\u0131r Covid-19 pandemisi nedeniyle ister istemez hareketsizlik had safhaya ula\u015ft\u0131. Ancak gerek b&ouml;brek sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumak, gerekse b&ouml;brek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131yla m&uuml;cadele etmede d&uuml;zenli egzersiz yapmak kilit rol oynuyor. D&uuml;zenli egzersiz; &ouml;zellikle de haftan\u0131n en az &uuml;&ccedil; g&uuml;n&uuml; yap\u0131lacak 45 dakikal\u0131k tempolu y&uuml;r&uuml;y&uuml;\u015f, b&ouml;breklerin kanlanmas\u0131nda b&uuml;y&uuml;k &ouml;nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Hareketsiz (sedanter) ya\u015famdan uzak durmak, b&ouml;brek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131yla m&uuml;cadele s&uuml;recinde destek sa\u011fl\u0131yor. &nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>G&uuml;nde mutlaka 1,5-2 litre su i&ccedil;in!<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">B&ouml;breklerin i\u015flevlerini iyi yapabilmesi i&ccedil;in en temel ihtiyac\u0131, su! \u0130&ccedil;ti\u011fimiz suyla kandan s&uuml;z&uuml;len zararl\u0131 maddeler idrar haline getiriliyor ve v&uuml;cudumuzdan ancak bu \u015fekilde uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. V&uuml;cudumuzda yeterli miktarda su bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda b&ouml;breklerimiz &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmak i&ccedil;in &ccedil;ok daha fazla g&uuml;&ccedil; harc\u0131yor ve y\u0131pranmas\u0131 h\u0131zlan\u0131yor.
