Uzmanlar, havalar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131 ile \u015fikayetleri artan varis hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 al\u0131nabilecek \u00f6nlemler konusunda uyard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130STANBUL (\u0130GFA) \u2013\u00a0 <\/strong>Yaz aylar\u0131nda varisi olanlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zorlay\u0131c\u0131 \u015fikayetlere ve al\u0131nabilecek \u00f6nlemlere dikkat \u00e7eken Kalp ve Damar Cerrahisi Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Cengiz K\u00f6ksal, b\u00fct\u00fcn bir y\u0131l\u0131n yorgunlu\u011funun at\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 tatillerin kabusa d\u00f6nmemesi ad\u0131na uyar\u0131larda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131cak havalar ile birlikte t\u00fcm insanlarda g\u00f6r\u00fclen damarlar\u0131n geni\u015flemesi durumu, halihaz\u0131rda varis hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan muzdarip kimseler i\u00e7in ka\u015f\u0131nt\u0131, ayakta \u015fi\u015flik, bacaklarda a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k ve yanma hissi, gece kramplar\u0131 ve a\u011fr\u0131lar ile daha da s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olabildi\u011fine dikkati \u00e7eken Prof. Dr. K\u00f6ksal, bunun nedeni ise zaten geni\u015flemi\u015f olan toplardamarlar\u0131n s\u0131cakta daha da geni\u015flemesi oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u201cVaris olu\u015fumu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en \u00f6nemli nedenler aras\u0131nda ailevi yatk\u0131nl\u0131k, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kilo ve ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f hamilelikleri sayabilir, bunun yan\u0131nda baz\u0131 meslek gruplar\u0131n\u0131n da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 \u00f6nemli nedenlerden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bu durumu ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.
