Bu hastal\u0131klar da \u00e7o\u011fu kez g\u00f6zl\u00fck veya lens kullan\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flama ile sonu\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Peki g\u00f6z bozukluklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitleri neler? Do\u011fru g\u00f6zl\u00fck ve lens kullan\u0131m\u0131 nas\u0131l olmal\u0131?<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6z bozukluklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitlerinden bahseden G\u00f6z Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Uzman\u0131 Op. Dr. Erdin\u00e7 Usta, temel olarak 3 g\u00f6z bozuklu\u011fu var; miyop, hipermetrop, astigmat ve bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra 4. bir g\u00f6z bozuklu\u011fu olan ve 45\u2019li ya\u015flarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan presbiyopi (yak\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rme bozuklu\u011fu) yani toplamda 4 g\u00f6z bozuklu\u011fu oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHipermetropi yeni do\u011fan \u00e7ocuklarda ba\u015flayan yani ilk do\u011fu\u015f an\u0131nda mevcut olan bir bozukluktur\u201d diyen Op. Dr. Usta, \u201cZamanla bir miktar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr fakat yeterince k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclmezse \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu g\u00f6zl\u00fck kullanmaya gerek duyulur. Miyop dedi\u011fimiz bozukluk ise bazen do\u011fu\u015ftan da olabilir ancak daha \u00e7ok 7-8 ya\u015flar\u0131nda g\u00f6z\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bir bozukluktur. Uza\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6rmede sorun te\u015fkil eder ve zamanla ilerler. Bu hastalar\u0131n avantaj\u0131 yak\u0131n\u0131 iyi derecede g\u00f6rebilmeleridir. Miyop olan bir insan uza\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6remez ama yak\u0131n\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekenden daha iyi g\u00f6rebilir.\u00a0 Astigmat dedi\u011fimiz bozukluk ise kaba bir noktan\u0131n \u00e7izgi gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnme hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. I\u015f\u0131klar\u0131n da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131, gece g\u00f6rmede azalma \u015feklinde kendini belli eder. Hipermetropla beraber olabilmektedir. Bir ki\u015fide tek bir g\u00f6rme bozuklu\u011fu olacak diye bir durum da yoktur. Hipermetrop ve astigmat bir arada olabilir ya da miyopla astigmat bir arada olabilir ve kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k bir g\u00f6z bozuklu\u011fu \u015feklinde seyredebilir. Presbiyopi ise 45 ya\u015flar\u0131 civar\u0131nda genelde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar, 43 ya\u015flar\u0131nda da g\u00f6zl\u00fck kullanmay\u0131 da gerektirebilir ama bazen de 50 ya\u015f\u0131na kadar g\u00f6zl\u00fck kullanmadan baz\u0131 insanlar idare edebilir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda 15 g\u00fcnl\u00fck ve 3 ayl\u0131k lensler de mevcuttur. Bunlarda da dikkat etmemiz gereken unsur gece yatmadan \u00f6nce mutlaka \u00e7\u0131karmakt\u0131r.
