Her y\u0131l noterden oturma iznini yenilemek zorunda olan yabanc\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenciler kira art\u0131\u015flar\u0131na r\u0131za g\u00f6stermek zorunda kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n ve kiralar\u0131n\u0131n kontrolden \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 toplumsal bir\u00e7ok sorunu da beraberinde getiriyor. Ev sahipleri devletin getirdi\u011fi y\u00fczde 25 s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na uymak istemiyor. Y\u00fczde 25 s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na tak\u0131lmamak i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli yollar deneyen ev sahipleri yeni y\u00f6ntemler geli\u015ftirdi. O d\u00f6nemde vatanda\u015flar\u0131n konuta rahat ula\u015fabildi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Ancak 2018\u2019den sonraki ge\u00e7en 5 y\u0131lda tam manas\u0131yla bir \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu tarihten sonra her y\u0131l k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclen bir sekt\u00f6rden bahsediyoruz. \u00dclkedeki evlilik ve bo\u015fanma say\u0131s\u0131 konut ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 da bizlere g\u00f6steren bir parametre. \u00d6rne\u011fin 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda 575 bin ki\u015fi evlenmi\u015f 180 bin ki\u015fi de bo\u015fanm\u0131\u015f. Bu da 730 bin civar\u0131nda yeni ev ihtiyac\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor. Konut ihtiyac\u0131na yol a\u00e7an bir di\u011fer etken ise g\u00f6\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlere y\u00f6nelik devam eden g\u00f6\u00e7 hareketi. Bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencilerinin her y\u0131l olu\u015fturduklar\u0131 ev talebine ek olarak yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelen \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131nda ciddi art\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 da ev talebini art\u0131ran bir di\u011fer unsur oluyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>YEN\u0130 \u0130N\u015eAAT RUHSATLARI \u0130HT\u0130YACIN \u00c7OK GER\u0130S\u0130NDE<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu\u2019nun (T\u00dc\u0130K) 2023\u2019\u00fcn ikinci \u00e7eyre\u011fine ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131 izin istatistikleri, toparlanman\u0131n sinyalini verdi.\u00a0\u0130kinci \u00e7eyrekte y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda belediyeler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 verilen bina say\u0131s\u0131 y\u00fczde 5.7, daire say\u0131s\u0131 y\u00fczde 31.3 ve y\u00fcz\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc y\u00fczde 25.6 artt\u0131. Y\u0131l\u0131n ikinci \u00e7eyre\u011finde 30 bin 712 binada 188 bin 740 daire i\u00e7in ruhsat d\u00fczenlendi. Daire say\u0131s\u0131 baz\u0131nda son be\u015f y\u0131l\u0131n en y\u00fcksek ikinci \u00e7eyrek verisine ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 da dikkat \u00e7ekti.\u00a0\u0130kinci \u00e7eyrek verileriyle birlikte y\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131na ili\u015fkin tablo da netle\u015fti. Ocak-haziran d\u00f6neminde ruhsat verilen daire say\u0131s\u0131 319 bin 500 oldu.
