Avc\u0131 ve ekibi, geli\u015ftirdikleri bu yenilik\u00e7i \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn patent hakk\u0131na sadece T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de\u011fil, uluslararas\u0131 alan da sahibi oldu.<\/p>\n<p>BURSA (\u0130GFA)- BT\u00dc M\u00fchendislik ve Do\u011fa Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Ey\u00fcbhan Avc\u0131, depremde binalar\u0131n hasar almas\u0131na, y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131na ve binalar\u0131n yan yatmas\u0131na neden olan zemin s\u0131v\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesine kar\u015f\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 y\u0131ldan beri y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sonuna ula\u015ft\u0131. Avc\u0131, uzun s\u00fcredir y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve geli\u015ftirme faaliyetleri kapsam\u0131nda zemin s\u0131v\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturacak bir \u00fcr\u00fcn geli\u015ftirdi. T\u00dcB\u0130TAK taraf\u0131ndan de \u00e7e\u015fitli projeler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile desteklenen bor k\u00f6kenli zemin iyile\u015ftirme malzemesi ile ilgili olarak in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131na sunulmadan \u00f6nceki t\u00fcm laboratuvar testleri tamamland\u0131. Arazi uygulanas\u0131na ait denemeler fay hatt\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7ti\u011fi Gemlik Kur\u015funlu B\u00f6lgesinde yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Gemlik\u2019te yap\u0131lacak arazi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn sahada uygulanmas\u0131na ilk olarak Deprem B\u00f6lgelerinden ba\u015flanmas\u0131 planlanmaktad\u0131r. Arazide yap\u0131lacak zemin iyile\u015ftirme uygulamas\u0131 ile deprem nedeniyle olu\u015fabilecek can ve mal kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilebilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Geli\u015ftirilen bor k\u00f6kenli zemin iyile\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in T\u00fcrk Patent ve Marka Kurumundan (T\u00dcRKPATENT) patent tescilini de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.\u00a0BT\u00dc\u2019l\u00fc bilim insan\u0131 Avc\u0131, geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi bu \u00f6nemli \u00fcr\u00fcn i\u00e7in sadece T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de patent almakla kalmad\u0131. Avc\u0131, zemin direncini artt\u0131rarak olas\u0131 bir depremde pek \u00e7ok hayat\u0131 kurtaracak olan bu yeni malzemenin uluslararas\u0131 alanda da haklar\u0131n\u0131 koruma alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. BT\u00dc\u2019n\u00fcn modern laboratuvarlar\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilen bor k\u00f6kenli zemin iyile\u015ftirme malzemesi i\u00e7in uluslararas\u0131 patent alma ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u00e7. Dr. Ey\u00fcbhan Avc\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucunda elde edilen bor k\u00f6kenli zemin iyile\u015ftirme malzemesi, BT\u00dc i\u00e7in de bir ilki ifade ediyor. BT\u00dc\u2019l\u00fc bilim insanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen pek \u00e7ok alandaki \u00fcr\u00fcnler ulusal alada patente konu olurken, Avc\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucu geli\u015ftirilen bor k\u00f6kenli zemin enjeksiyon malzemesi \u2018UNITED STATES PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE\u2019 taraf\u0131ndan da tescillenerek \u00fcniversitemizin uluslararas\u0131 alandaki ilk tescilli patenti oldu.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b>BT\u00dc \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Ey\u00fcbhan Avc\u0131, hem ulusal hem de uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flarca patent tescilleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen \u00fcr\u00fcn hakk\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulundu. Avc\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin do\u011fal zenginliklerinden bir olan bor madeni kaynakl\u0131 oldu\u011funu bildirdi. Bor mineralinin \u00e7e\u015fitli metotlar ile i\u015flenmesi sonucunda elde edilen zemin iyile\u015ftirici malzemenin ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 patent haklar\u0131n\u0131n tescil edilmesinin \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu kaydeden Avc\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131ndan biri olan bor madenin katma de\u011ferli bir \u00fcr\u00fcn olarak de\u011fer kazanmas\u0131na olanak sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u00dcr\u00fcn di\u011fer zemin iyile\u015ftirme y\u00f6ntemleri ile k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a ekonomik oldu\u011funu belirtti, Ancak, ekonomik olmas\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kurtaraca\u011f\u0131 canlar\u0131n de\u011ferinin herhangi bir bedel ile \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclemeyece\u011fini de s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.
