Bu y\u0131l koronavir&uuml;s pandemisi g&uuml;ndemi ile birlikte D&uuml;nya S&uuml;t G&uuml;n&uuml;, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini g&uuml;&ccedil;lendirilmede &ouml;nemli bir rol oynayan s&uuml;t&uuml;n faydalar\u0131na dikkat &ccedil;ekiyor. Toplumdaki bilinci art\u0131rmaya, s&uuml;t ve s&uuml;t &uuml;r&uuml;nlerinin t&uuml;ketimine te\u015fvik etmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, g&uuml;venli s&uuml;t t&uuml;ketilmesinin &ouml;nemi hakk\u0131nda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmak i&ccedil;in de bir f\u0131rsat sunuyor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:18px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;de s&uuml;t i&ccedil;me oranlar\u0131n\u0131n Avrupa &uuml;lkelerine g&ouml;re d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k oldu\u011fu, T&uuml;rk halk\u0131n\u0131n Avrupa &uuml;lkelerinden daha az s&uuml;t i&ccedil;ti\u011fi biliniyor. T&uuml;rkiye&#39;de ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama s&uuml;t t&uuml;ketimi 276 litre. Bu oran\u0131n 40 litreye yak\u0131n k\u0131sm\u0131 i&ccedil;me s&uuml;t&uuml;, geri kalan\u0131 ise s&uuml;t &uuml;r&uuml;nleri. S&uuml;t t&uuml;ketimi AB &uuml;lkelerinde 342,5 litre iken ABD&#39;de ise ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na ortalama y\u0131ll\u0131k 292 litre civar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu g&ouml;r&uuml;l&uuml;yor. Hastal\u0131k olu\u015fturan canl\u0131 bakterileri yok eden bu s&uuml;re&ccedil;, besin de\u011ferlerine etki etmeden, takiben h\u0131zl\u0131ca so\u011futularak devam ettirilir.
