Erdil<\/strong>&nbsp;t\u0131p literat&uuml;r&uuml;nde bu ki\u015filerin &lsquo;Hafta sonu sava\u015f&ccedil;\u0131lar\u0131&rsquo; olarak tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, hafta sonu d&uuml;zenli yap\u0131lan sporun da b&uuml;y&uuml;k kazan\u0131mlar sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s&ouml;yl&uuml;yor. Ancak hafta sonu sava\u015f&ccedil;\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n dikkat etmesi gereken baz\u0131 &ouml;nemli kurallar oldu\u011funu da vurgulayan Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Mehmet E. Erdil, &ouml;zellikle de orta ya\u015f ve &uuml;zeri ki\u015filerde hafta sonu sporuyla ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kabilen sorunlar\u0131 anlatt\u0131, &ouml;nemli uyar\u0131lar ve &ouml;nerilerde bulundu.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:20px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Uzayan &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma s&uuml;releri, stresli i\u015f ortam\u0131 ve yorucu \u015fehir hayat\u0131 derken kendine vakit ay\u0131ramamaktan yak\u0131nan, hatta d&uuml;zenli spor yapmak isteyip de bunu ya\u015fam\u0131na bir t&uuml;rl&uuml; dahil edemeyen pek &ccedil;ok ki\u015fi art\u0131k &ccedil;areyi hafta sonu sporunda g&ouml;r&uuml;yor. T\u0131p literat&uuml;r&uuml;nde bu ki\u015filer &lsquo;Weekend Warrior yani Hafta sonu Sava\u015f&ccedil;\u0131lar\u0131&rsquo; olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Son 10 y\u0131lda yap\u0131lan bilimsel &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar da her g&uuml;n spor yapanlarda oldu\u011fu gibi, hafta sonu iki g&uuml;n spor yapanlarda da kanser ve kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131 riskinin ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde azald\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret ediyor. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n &ouml;zellikle orta ya\u015f yani 35 ya\u015f ve &uuml;zeri ki\u015filerde baz\u0131 riskler ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kabiliyor.&nbsp;<strong>Ac\u0131badem Maslak Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erdil<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>sporu hafta sonuna b\u0131rakan ki\u015filerde &ouml;zellikle de orta ya\u015f ve &uuml;zeri ki\u015filerde kas, tendon ve ba\u011f yaralanma s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n belirgin olarak artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s&ouml;yl&uuml;yor. Bu ki\u015filerde kas ve tendon yap\u0131s\u0131ndaki bozulmalar\u0131n belirginle\u015fmesinin de sakatlanma riskini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Prof. Dr. Mehmet E. Erdil &ldquo;G&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;zde hareketsiz ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z beslenme nedeniyle obezite ve sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 h\u0131zla yayg\u0131nla\u015f\u0131yor. Bu olumsuzluklar\u0131 hafta sonu spor yaparak bir nebze de olsa gidermek, fit g&ouml;r&uuml;n&uuml;me kavu\u015fmak isteyen &lsquo;hafta sonu sava\u015f&ccedil;\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n&rsquo; say\u0131s\u0131 da giderek art\u0131yor. Ancak v&uuml;cudumuzda spor esnas\u0131nda kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kaslar\u0131n belli bir haf\u0131zas\u0131 oldu\u011funu varsayabiliriz.
