Diyabet hastalar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n t&uuml;m d&uuml;nyada her ge&ccedil;en g&uuml;n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan &Uuml;n&uuml;var, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n, d&uuml;zenli egzersiz ve bilin&ccedil;li bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla hem &ouml;nlenebildi\u011fini hem de hayat\u0131 olumsuz etkileyen sonu&ccedil;lar\u0131n\u0131n hafifletilebildi\u011fini kaydetti.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:22px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">&Uuml;lkemizde 20 ya\u015f &uuml;zeri her 7 ki\u015fiden birinin diyabet, yani \u015feker hastas\u0131 oldu\u011funa dikkat &ccedil;eken &Uuml;n&uuml;var, bu ki\u015filerin yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131nda bile olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, fark\u0131nda olanlar\u0131n kan\u0131ndaki \u015feker seviyesinin ise istenilen d&uuml;zeyin &uuml;zerinde oldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:22px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Uluslararas\u0131 Diyabet Federasyonunun a&ccedil;\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 7. D&uuml;nya Diyabet Atlas\u0131&rsquo;na g&ouml;re; 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 sonu itibar\u0131 ile d&uuml;nyadaki 20 ya\u015f ve &uuml;st&uuml; eri\u015fkin diyabetli n&uuml;fusunun 415 milyon olarak tahmin edildi\u011fini aktaran Prof. Dr. Necdet &Uuml;n&uuml;var, &ldquo;Bu n&uuml;fusun, 2040 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar y&uuml;zde 55 oran\u0131nda artarak 642 milyona ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilmektedir&rdquo; dedi.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:22px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">&Uuml;lkemizde Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan, diyabetle programl\u0131 bir m&uuml;cadele y&uuml;r&uuml;t&uuml;ld&uuml;\u011f&uuml;n&uuml;n alt\u0131n\u0131 &ccedil;izen &Uuml;n&uuml;var, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:22px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">&ldquo;Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, toplumda diyabet fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, gelecek nesillerin diyabetten korunmas\u0131 ve tan\u0131 konulan hastalara sunulan diyabet bak\u0131m kalitesinin y&uuml;kseltilmesi noktas\u0131nda &ccedil;ok &ouml;nemli &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar y&uuml;r&uuml;tmektedir. Bu kapsamda, komplikasyonlar\u0131n ve diyabete ba\u011fl\u0131 &ouml;l&uuml;mlerin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ama&ccedil;layan &lsquo;T&uuml;rkiye Diyabet Program\u0131 2015-2020&rsquo; uygulanmaktad\u0131r.&rdquo;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:22px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Artan obezite oran\u0131 ve kal\u0131t\u0131msal fakt&ouml;rlerin diyabeti tetikledi\u011fini ve g&ouml;r&uuml;lme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan &Uuml;n&uuml;var, &ldquo;Ya\u015f skalas\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda her ge&ccedil;en g&uuml;n hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n g&ouml;r&uuml;ld&uuml;\u011f&uuml; ya\u015f\u0131n a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya do\u011fru inmesi korkutucudur. Diyabet, D&uuml;nya Sa\u011fl\u0131k &Ouml;rg&uuml;t&uuml;nce de &ouml;ncelikle m&uuml;cadele edilmesi gereken hastal\u0131klar aras\u0131nda g&ouml;r&uuml;lmektedir. Dengeli beslenme ve d&uuml;zenli fiziksel aktiviteler, bu sinsi hastal\u0131ktan korunmada alabilece\u011fimiz en &ouml;nemli tedbirlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r&rdquo; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:22px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Her sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 insan\u0131n, ayn\u0131 zamanda diyabet hastas\u0131 aday\u0131 oldu\u011funu dile getiren &Uuml;n&uuml;var, \u015f&ouml;yle devam etti:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:22px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">&ldquo;Diyabet bence iki sebepten artmaktad\u0131r. Sadece \u015feker de\u011fil ya\u011f, tuz, un sarfiyat\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n da hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir. Ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131zda ufak tefek de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yaparak, bu sinsi hastal\u0131ktan korunabiliriz. Diyabet tedavi edilmedi\u011finde ise sonucu &ccedil;ok a\u011f\u0131r olur. G&ouml;zde k&ouml;rl&uuml;k, b&ouml;brek yetmezli\u011fi, dola\u015f\u0131m sistemi hastal\u0131klar\u0131 vs. liste uzay\u0131p gidiyor.&rdquo;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:22px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Diyabetin bir son olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Prof. Dr. Necdet &Uuml;n&uuml;var, &ldquo;Diyabet, ya\u015fam tarz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirme konusunda bizleri zorlayan bir hastal\u0131kt\u0131r.
